Site of Haunted House
During the early Edo period, the Tokugawa Shogunate had accounting
offices in the castle, which were also used as a place of residences
for officers. Later they became desolate and were called "Haunted
House". Near the house, "Joban" who was one of the Tokugawa
Shogunate ministers and was dispatched from Edo, lived.
Osumi-no-kami Toda, who worked as Joban in the early 18thcentury
conquered the haunting spirit, so the story is said.
